Job summary

Mitie is recruiting a Security Officer to protect property, people and assets in line with site AI's and changes. The role focuses on delivering KPI/SLA targets and contributing to contract retention, with ongoing personal development.

Requirements include a valid SIA license, strong English communication, reliability and initiative. The position is Mon-Fri with occasional weekends, uniform provided and access to extensive employee benefits.

Qualifications

• SIA license required or in place; SC Clearance desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Reliable with strong self-motivation and initiative.
• Computer/IT literacy and ability to use standard software.

Responsibilities

• Protect property, people and assets per site Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Meet and exceed KPIs/SLAs to support contract retention.
• Undertake training to develop yourself and resident security teams.
• Be the first point of contact for the security team and manage day-to-day matters.
