Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic production team? We are seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join our team at the Borough Green plant. Your primary role will be to operate and monitor plant machinery, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate Plant Machinery: Ensure the manufacture of products meets established quality standards.
2. Monitor Production Metrics: Report on production metrics to ensure targets are met.
3. Recommend Process Improvements: Enhance efficiency and product quality through innovative suggestions.
4. Maintain Housekeeping Standards: Consistently uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
5. Foster a Safe Workplace: Promote a safe and healthy work atmosphere, practicing responsible behaviors at all times.
6. Utilise Machinery Safely: Operate all machinery in compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
7. Manage Raw Materials: Handle the reception and storage of raw materials necessary for manufacturing.
8. Keep Accurate Records: Maintain precise production records as required.
9. Support Business Initiatives: Actively contribute to improvement projects and support new initiatives.
10. Collaborate with the Team: Adhere to the designated shift schedule as a collaborative member of the production team.
