Duties

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative to join our Billericay team.

Reporting to the Production Team Lead, the successful candidate will work in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Follow instructions on production orders with good attention to detail and work to Good Manufacturing Practice standards, once trained.
• Accurately weigh raw materials and load mixing machines.
• Liaise with our laboratory team and pack finished production jobs.
• Ensure the correct completion of all documentation.
• Maintain strict housekeeping and hygiene standards, adopting a “clean as you go” mindset.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
• Cooperate on matters concerning health, safety, training, legislation, and the environment.

We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have some level of production experience, good communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently when required.

It is desirable that the candidate holds a Counterbalance FLT license.
