Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a Shift Production Manager to lead a fast-paced production team on a rotating day and night shift. The role focuses on delivering safety, quality and productivity improvements while meeting customer needs and schedules.

You will drive site-wide performance, develop frontline leaders, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise costs and efficiency across the operation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Production Manager, Shift Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager.
• Strong leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and drive performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead production teams across shift operations

• Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader with experience in a fast-paced production environment to join a business investing heavily in its operations and future growth.

You'll be responsible for leading a production team, driving operational performance, and ensuring safety, quality and productivity targets are achieved.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and lead production teams across shift operations
• Drive performance against production, quality and safety KPIs
• Ensure production schedules and customer requirements are met
• Lead, motivate and develop team leaders and operators
