Epwin Group is seeking a Shift Production Coordinator to support day-to-day management of Production Teams, coordinating activities, processes and systems to meet targets. You will back shift managers, monitor staff, drive health and safety, training, and continuous improvement, while delivering strong customer service and maintaining product quality.

This role is based in the UK, with opportunities to develop leadership skills and work within a values-driven manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Good level of numeracy and literacy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Supervisory training (In-house).
• Health and safety for supervisors (In-house).
• Lean/Six Sigma training (In-house).

Responsabilités

• Assist with day-to-day management of Production Teams and shift activities.
• Coordinate processes and systems to meet targets and deadlines.
• Promote a strong health, safety and quality culture; report incidents.
• Mentor new staff and support shift managers in supervision and development.
