VEKA UK Group is seeking a Shift Manager for its Extrusion operation. You will lead a production team to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality output, fostering accountability and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ownership of shift performance, adherence to safety and quality standards, and coaching for the development of your team are key. The role offers an opportunity to drive operational excellence within a well-established business.

• Take ownership of operational targets, ensuring resources, processes and equipment are effectively managed to achieve business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement using data and team engagement to improve performance and reduce waste.
• Promote accountability by managing performance, attendance and conduct fairly and consistently.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and operational standards, proactively identifying risks.
• Build strong cross-department relationships and support wider business goals.
