Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging is seeking a Process Technician L200 for our Deeside End facility to ensure safety, quality and production targets are met. You will operate alongside a technical team, respond to breakdowns and drive process improvements.

The role requires safety-minded individuals with strong English communication, apprenticeship background, and experience in fast-paced manufacturing. Fixed 4x12 shifts and a competitive pension scheme are offered.

Qualifications

• Time served apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English at grade C or above.
• BTEC/NVQ - Level 3 or above in Engineering/ manufacturing or equivalent.
• Languages – Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Ensuring there is adequate monitoring of the production process.
• Ensuring the optimum efficiency and continuation of the production process.
• Ensuring all process controls are monitored and correct.
• Ensuring all Quality Assurance checks are completed.
• Troubleshooting and Fault resolution
• React and Resolve Machine / Process breakdowns
• Working to Company/Plant Standard Operating Procedures.
