Job summary

Ardagh Metal Packaging seeks a Process Technician L200 at its Deeside End facility. You will work in a shift-based team to run production machinery, monitor safety, quality and efficiency, and support continuous improvements. Roles include reacting to breakdowns and maintaining quality checks.

Applicants should have time-served apprenticeship or equivalent, GCSEs, and engineering or manufacturing qualifications, with English fluency and strong teamwork skills. Salary around £50k with benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate safe working practices and be able to input data across computer systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to coordinate with technicians and operators.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and 5S is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production process to ensure safety, quality, and output.
• Maintain optimum efficiency and continuity of production.
• Observe process controls and ensure correct operation.
• Perform Quality Assurance checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine/process breakdowns.
• React quickly to down equipment and implement improvements.
