Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant, retail, or warehouse environment.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during your shift and manage staff.
• Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Manage delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery experiences.
• Resolve customer issues for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Receive products from vendors and manage stock accurately.
• Ensure the warehouse is compliant and organized.
• Support onsite health and safety compliance.
