Qualifications

• Experience working in a restaurant, retail or warehouse environment.
• General working knowledge of basic web-based software applications.

• Flexible and available to cover shifts during operational hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team and manage staff on shift.
• Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch to customers.
• Support the management of Delivery Partners for a slick delivery experience.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Receive product from vendors and resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts to minimize out-of-stock products.
• Keep the warehouse compliant, clean, and organized.
• Support onsite Health & Safety compliance.
