Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team, manage staff, and train new members.
• Pick and pack items accurately for customer dispatch.
• Support delivery partners to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Resolve issues with customers regarding out-of-stock items.
• Receive products from vendors and manage inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct cycle counts and manage waste and compliance.
• Ensure warehouse compliance with health and safety standards.

Skills

Experience in restaurant, retail or warehouse environment

General working knowledge of web-based software applications
