Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse team and manage staff on shift.
• Accurately pick and pack items for dispatch.
• Support delivery partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Contact customers for substituted or out-of-stock items.
• Receive product and ensure physical count matches order.
• Conduct cycle counts and manage stock effectively.
• Keep warehouse compliant, clean, and organised.
• Support onsite Health & Safety compliance.

Skills
