Qualifications

• Qualified mechanical professional with building services understanding.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across critical building services.
• Ensure equipment and plant rooms are operational and compliant after maintenance.
• Conduct risk assessments and follow CBRE QHSE procedures and permit-to-work systems.
• Address reactive mechanical requests promptly and close tickets per SLAs.
• Supervise specialised mechanical subcontractors on-site.
• Identify parts and materials needed; coordinate with admin to order them.
• Spot improvement areas during inspections and assist with installations when required.
