Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor for a premier London City office. You will oversee mechanical and building services, supervise engineers, coordinate maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance in a busy facilities environment.

The role emphasizes BMS familiarity, QA discipline, and responsive leadership within a large team, with Monday–Friday daytime hours in central London.

Qualifications

• Must hold mechanical engineering qualifications.
• NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 in Plumbing, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
• Electrical qualifications are a bonus but not essential.
• Strong experience with electrical and mechanical building services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of mechanical and general building services across the site.
• Supervise the engineering team and manage planned/reactive maintenance.
• Coordinate specialist contractors and ensure HASAWA compliance.
• Maintain records and QA documentation for HVAC systems.
