Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our Bristol warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and daily alignment with priorities. You will manage shift teams, deliver briefings, oversee inventory with WMS and scanners, and update payroll records in Oracle/Kronos.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory control using WMS, scan guns, and tablets for accuracy.
Maintain and update payroll systems (Oracle/Kronos) promptly and correctly.
Collate and present operational data to senior management and clients.
Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft applications.
