Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Duty Manager to join our Milton Keynes store. You will work as a Retail Assistant with a 2 per hour supplement for the time you manage shifts, focused on ensuring great availability for customers and delivering top service.

You will support store initiatives, promote inclusivity, and help the team develop while complying with cash handling and security policies. This role offers progression and a collaborative, customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great availability for customers.
• Support in-store sales and promotions.
• Implement actions set by your line manager.
• Assist Talking Shop Rep in-store.
• Promote an inclusive culture and up-skill the team.
• Follow cash handling and security policies.
• Support digital service improvements with One Best Way processes.
