Iceland Foods Ltd. in Morpeth is seeking a Duty Manager (part-time) to support store operations and lead the team on shift. You will drive availability, promote sales initiatives, and ensure safe, smooth daily running of the store.

The role rewards leadership, effective communication, and hands-on supervision, with a £2 per hour supplement when managing shifts and a staff-focused, inclusive culture throughout the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role ideal but not essential.
• Communicates effectively with every colleague to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift, using every member of the team.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance and deliver great store outcomes.
