Iceland Foods is seeking a committed Shift Manager to support the store management team in delivering consistent results and becoming the best place to shop and work. The role includes a £2 per hour supplement when you shift manage the store and involves close collaboration with store colleagues to drive availability and sales.

As a Shift Manager, you will lead a team, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure robust processes, cash handling, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues to deliver store tasks first time, every time.
• Plans and organises the shift using every team member.
• Provides balanced feedback to improve performance.
• Sets the pace of the team while on shift, delivering a great store.
