DHL is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Manager in Northampton to lead our night operations. You will supervise the 4 on/4 off team, drive efficiency and ensure safety across a busy物流 environment.

Pay: £39,500.00 + 20% shift Premium Grade: RCS M Contract Type: Full time ( Permanent ) Shift patterns: 4 on, 4 off / 18:00 -06:00 / Nights Location: Northampton, NN4 9BD We're now looking for a Warehouse Night Shift Manager to lead our operations and drive success. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes: Implement innovative strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency in our warehouse
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!

This role would suit people who

• Have proven experence as a Warehouse Shift Manager within a busy logistics environment / 2-3 Years.
• Have proven experience in developing and training a team of manages.
• Have performance mindset & operational excellence to drive a culture focused on quality, accuracy, cost control, and performance and efficiency-not just volume.
• Have experence cultural change and continuous improvement.
• Must understand and manage cost-to-serve, productivity, and performance.
• Have experence in change management and continuous improvement.
• Will work with HRBP, Health & Safety, resource planners and other managers.
• Will be responsible for five First Line Managers.
• Happy to work on a rotational shift 4 on 4 off.
• Happy to work 12 hrs shifts for 4 days
• Happy to work during the Nighst shift 18:00 -6:00
