Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest standards by following the structure, delegating tasks, and providing corrective feedback.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists to adhere to Pink Standard, report malfunctions and issues.
• Juicer Training: Deliver training following the Knowledge - Training – Practice – Validation mantra to develop staff.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experience and manage in-store feedback professionally.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor daily sales targets, manage deliveries, and supervise data entry and reporting.
