Wingstop is seeking a Shift Manager to lead smooth shifts, support and develop the team, and maintain high standards across service, food quality and cleanliness. You’ll lead by example during busy periods to ensure every customer has a great experience.

Based in one of our restaurants offering dine-in, takeaway and delivery, the role focuses on front-line leadership, driving performance, training Crew Members and delivering consistent hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Confident, hands-on leadership style.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Positive, team-first mindset.
