Wingstop UK, part of Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead busy shifts, support and develop the team, and maintain high standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness.

Based in one of our restaurants where customers can dine in, take away, or have delivery, you will motivate staff, step in when needed, and drive operational performance to deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
