Wingstop is seeking a Shift Manager to lead smooth, successful shifts and develop the team in our UK restaurants. You will ensure high standards for service, food quality, and cleanliness, while delivering a great customer experience.

You’ll motivate the team, step in during busy periods, and lead by example to drive strong operational performance. This hands-on role operates on-site in a dine-in, takeout, and delivery environment.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
