Wingstop in Leicester is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead busy service periods, support the team on the floor, and uphold high standards in food quality, safety and cleanliness. You’ll drive fast, friendly customer experiences and model hands-on leadership throughout shifts.

You’ll coach Crew Members, monitor stock and daily operations, and play a key part in delivering strong operational performance while ensuring every guest leaves with a great experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or team-leader role.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
