Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Rushden is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a high-performing team on a contract for Abercrombie & Fitch. You’ll drive operational excellence, motivate staff, and ensure service levels and safety standards are met.

This is a full-time, permanent role working Sunday to Thursday, 06:00–14:00. We offer a salary up to £42,432 per year plus a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical and dental cover, life assurance and more.
