The role involves managing a team of drivers and agency staff and ensuring quality, health, safety and environmental standards are met.

The position is full-time with a 5-from-7 rotating shift pattern (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00). A salary is paid with generous leave and employee benefits as described in the job advert.

Qualifications

• Experience managing drivers and agency staff on shift.
• Strong knowledge of food service logistics environments.
• Qualification in CPC or IOSH is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with HACCP and NSF guidelines on shift.
• Direct daily management of drivers, agency staff and sub-contractors, including performance management.
• Plan resources and rotas for upcoming periods, coordinating agency bookings.
• Ensure O Licence compliance related to fleet management.
