Job summary

GXO Logistics in Rushden is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a high-performing team on the Abercrombie & Fitch contract.

You will drive daily operations, balance workloads, coach colleagues, and ensure safety and KPI targets are met. The role is full-time, Sunday to Thursday, 06:00–14:00, with an attractive benefits package and 33 days leave.

You'll monitor performance, implement improvements, and promote a positive culture across shifts.
