Job summary

GXO Logistics in Rushden is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a high-performing team on the Abercrombie & Fitch contract.

You will drive daily operations, balance workloads, coach colleagues, and ensure safety and KPI targets are met. The role is full-time, Sunday to Thursday, 06:00–14:00, with an attractive benefits package and 33 days leave.

You'll monitor performance, implement improvements, and promote a positive culture across shifts.

Here at GXO, we're looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to join our Abercrombie & Fitch contract based in Rushden. You'll be the driving force behind our operational success. You'll lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, exceed KPIs, and maintain a safe, efficient, and positive working environment. From managing daily workflows and performance to promoting continuous improvement and team development, you'll make a real impact every day.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll be working Sunday to Thursday covering the hours of 06:00 till 14:00.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £42,432 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
