Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Rushden is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a high-performing team on a Sunday-Thursday shift (06:00-14:00). This full-time, permanent role focuses on driving operational excellence, achieving KPIs, and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment.

You will manage daily workflows, performance, and continuous improvement while promoting a positive culture and development within the team. A salary up to £42,432 per year is offered, plus extensive benefits.

From managing daily workflows and performance to promoting continuous improvement and team development, you’ll make a real impact every day.This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Sunday to Thursday covering the hours of 06:00 till 14:00.Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £42,432 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
