Tim Hortons UK is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a busy outlet. You will manage a team on shift, ensure fast, friendly service and high coffee standards. You’ll be on the floor, not hiding in an office, and take ownership of the shift from opening to close.

This role offers £13.37 per hour, a 30-hour contract and performance bonus opportunities as the business grows. We value energetic leaders who can motivate staff and deliver great guest experiences every day.
