Tim Hortons UK in Belfast seeks a Shift Manager to lead busy shifts on the floor, drive service and sales, and coach a front-line team. You’ll be on the floor from start to finish, ensuring great coffee, fast service, and high standards.

The role offers a 30 hour contract, a £13.37 per hour base rate with performance bonus opportunities and clear progression from Shift Manager to Store Manager as growth occurs.

• You have run a busy shift in a restaurant, coffee shop, QSR or worked in a business where you've managed a team.
• Energy: You don't hide in the office. You're on the floor, leading your team from the front.
• Standards: You hate bad coffee, poor service and cold food as much as we do.
