Job summary

Greggs plc is looking for a proactive Shift Manager to lead a busy shop and look after the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You’ll motivate the team and ensure colleagues have what they need to deliver excellent service.

The role covers in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll oversee product preparation, keep displays stocked, and maintain a clean, welcoming shop environment for every customer.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership and people-management abilities.
• Strong customer-service orientation with a friendly manner.
• Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and uphold shop standards.
• Lead by example, serving customers in a fast and friendly way.
• Oversee product preparation, including sandwiches and oven management.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of products.
