Greggs in the United Kingdom is looking for a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Manager isn’t around. You’ll engage and motivate the team and ensure customers have a brilliant experience whether they shop in store, order online, or use Click+Collect.

During a typical shift you’ll inspire the team to deliver results, serve customers quickly and friendly, prepare our products, and keep displays stocked and the shop tidy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the shop to high standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers in a fast and friendly manner.
• Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens.
• Ensure displays are fully stocked with plenty of choice for customers.
• Keep the shop clean, tidy and presentable.
