Job summary

Greggs is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shop operations and an engaged team. You’ll be responsible for covering the shop in the Manager’s absence, motivating staff, and ensuring team members have what they need to perform exceptionally.

You’ll oversee in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect and drive-thru channels, and drive a brilliant customer experience from in-store to online orders. This role requires energy, reliability and a commitment to great service.

Qualifications

• You’ll demonstrate reliable leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience supervising a team in a customer-focused environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain shop standards.
• Lead by example and serve customers quickly and kindly.
• Prepare our products, including sandwiches and oven management.
• Keep displays fully stocked with a wide range of options for customers.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and presentable shop environment.
