Heron Foods in Cwmbran is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead store shifts, energise the team and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining high standards and stock levels.

This full-time role covers 36 hours per week at £13 per hour, with responsibilities including opening/closing, staff supervision, and delivering a great shopping experience.
