Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a busy store and ensure smooth daily operations. You will motivate the team, safeguard customer service standards, and oversee presentation and stock levels.

The role involves managing performance, driving sales, and serving as a keyholder to cover openings and closes. This is a 27-hour-per-week position in a fast-paced retail setting.
