About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customer satisfaction. As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't available. Your role will involve engaging and motivating the team, ensuring they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead efforts to ensure customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in-store or online. Typical responsibilities during a shift include:

  1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
  2. Lead by example and serve customers efficiently and courteously
  3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
  4. Ensure displays are stocked and attractive
  5. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop
