GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Shift Manager for the Abercrombie & Fitch contract in Rushden. You will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service, meet KPIs, and maintain a safe, efficient operation.

This is a full-time role, Sunday to Thursday 06:00–14:00, offering up to £42,432 per year plus benefits including pension, private medical and dental insurance, 24/7 GP, life assurance and more.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to join our Abercrombie & Fitch contract based in Rushden. You’ll be the driving force behind our operational success. You’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, exceed KPIs, and maintain a safe, efficient, and positive working environment. From managing daily workflows and performance to promoting continuous improvement and team development, you’ll make a real impact every day. This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Sunday to Thursday covering the hours of 06:00 till 14:00.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £42,432 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
