GXO Logistics, Inc. in Rushden seeks an experienced Shift Manager to lead a high-performing team for our Abercrombie & Fitch contract. You will drive operational excellence, manage daily workflows, and motivate staff to achieve KPIs while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

This full-time role operates Sunday to Thursday from 06:00 to 14:00. The package includes a salary up to £42,432 per year and 33 days of annual leave plus benefits.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a dedicated Shift Manager to join our Abercrombie & Fitch contract based in Rushden. You’ll be the driving force behind our operational success. You’ll lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, exceed KPIs, and maintain a safe, efficient, and positive working environment. From managing daily workflows and performance to promoting continuous improvement and team development, you’ll make a real impact every day.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You’ll be working Sunday to Thursday covering the hours of 06:00 till 14:00.
