Job description

Job Role: Shop Supervisor

As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for looking after the shop when the Manager isn't around. You will engage and motivate the team, ensuring they have what they need to do an excellent job. We serve our customers across various channels including in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. You'll lead the way in providing a brilliant shopping experience, whether customers order in-store or online.

During a typical shift, you can expect to:

  1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
  2. Lead by example by serving customers in a fast and friendly manner
  3. Prepare products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
  4. Ensure displays are fully stocked with a variety of choices
  5. Keep the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

You should be reliable, demonstrate natural leadership, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We value an inclusive culture where everyone feels welcome and able to be themselves at work. Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred.
