About the role:

This role ensures the safe and efficient throughput of traffic within the sortation areas, adhering to work area requirements. It requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and physical stamina, as it involves working in a busy warehouse environment to ensure parcels reach customers on time.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Management & reconciliation of warehouse activities (deliveries, Holdbay, etc.)
• Efficient management of bulk/return deliveries with C&D and LGV fleet
• Support bulk collection customer planning
• Support LGV transport rules & regulations
• Supervision of Saturday operations and site lockdown
• Deployment of operational resources according to work area requirements
• Achieving or exceeding KPI targets in accordance with work area requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of resource management and deployment
• Excellent communication skills for operational information exchange
• Good IT skills
