You will lead a production team, ensure daily operations run smoothly while upholding safety, quality and customer service standards, and drive continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Shift Manager, Production Supervisor or Operations Team Leader role within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience managing KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
