Job summary

Dematic is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to maintain, repair, and support equipment on customer sites. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic and PLC faults, ensure on-site product flow, and help achieve KPI targets while upholding safety standards.

The role requires NVQ3/ONC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and a recognised engineering apprenticeship. IOSH safety training is desirable, with strong PC literacy and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/ONC in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Engineering apprenticeship recognised.
• IOSH working safely is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and support equipment within Dematic scope on customer site.
• Aim to meet KPI targets and ensure on-site product flow.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, electronic, PLC faults and perform repairs.
• Record all work accurately and contribute to continuous improvements.
