Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd is seeking an Argos Shift Manager in London to lead shift operations, coach colleagues, and ensure daily store performance. The role focuses on delivering brilliant customer experiences while managing warehousing, deliveries and on-the-floor service.

You will support the Store Manager, drive sales and profitability, and lead the team to meet KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience organising, running and planning for a fast-paced operation.
• Ability to direct a team with day-to-day coaching and guidance.
• Support the Store Manager to ensure store safety and compliance.
• Strong commercial awareness and product knowledge to drive sales and profitability.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and driving store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and resource planning to ensure smooth store delivery.
• Coach colleagues on the shop floor and in-store processes.
• Support day-to-day store tasks including warehouse organisation and deliveries.
• Step in to lead the full store operation in the Store Manager's absence.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales and customer satisfaction.
