Qualifications
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Strong customer service focus with leadership capabilities.
- Ability to plan shifts, schedule and manage resources across a busy period.
- Proven track record coaching and developing staff.
- A mindset for driving sales and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on shift, covering Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
- Drive guest satisfaction, sales and cost control during shifts.
- Coach, motivate and develop the front-line team to perform at a high level.
- Ensure smooth handovers and a positive team environment.
