Job summary

Nando’s Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead on-shift operations, motivate a high-performing team, and deliver the legendary PERi-PERi experience. You’ll manage shifts, coach staff, and drive operational excellence to ensure great guest service.

You will mentor team members, plan rostering and scheduling, and help grow profitability while maintaining Nando’s values and guest satisfaction across Eat-in, Collection and Delivery.

• Experience leading a team and managing shifts.

• Strong planning, scheduling and cost control on shift.
