• Ability to plan shifts, schedule staff, and optimise real-time operations to drive sales.
• Comfort with managing costs, controls and profit-minded decisions.
• Passion to grow and develop into leadership roles within the business.

• Own the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery on shift.
