Nando's Chickenland Limited in Southampton is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, motivate the team and deliver exceptional PERi-PERi service. This full-time role requires a customer-focused leader who embodies the brand values and drives operational excellence.

You will manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure a consistent, memorable guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Salary up to £36,000 and benefits await the right candidate.
