Job summary

Mark's is seeking a PT Shift Leader to engage customers and help them find what they need quickly, while serving as a role model for the team and leading the store when needed.

You will mentor colleagues, manage store operations in the absence of management, and oversee upkeep, inventory, pricing and signing to maintain a smooth shopping experience. Competitive pay, benefits and product discounts accompany this role.

• 6+ months of retail experience
• Minimum 6 months experience acting as a mentor or coach
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Our typical hiring range is between $18.95 and $22.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
