Job summary

Caffè Nero in Ludlow is hiring a Shift Leader to help run store operations, lead the team by example, and ensure every order is crafted with care. You’ll deliver great service, maintain safety and cleanliness, and create a personalised customer experience.

No coffee experience is required for training; ambitious individuals can grow their career with us. The starter rate is £12.76 per hour, rising to £12.91 with service, plus a range of staff benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader preferred.
• No coffee experience required for training.
